Tour Package / Hotel Cancellation

All holiday packages/hotel bookings/sightseeing tours are subject to 25% cancellation charge from the time it is booked.

45 - 30 days before departure : 50% of the total cost

30 - 15 days before departure : 75% of the total cost

15 - 0 days before departure : 100% cancellation will apply

Flight Ticket Cancellation

Cancellation charges will apply as per airline cancellation policy. Service charge on air ticket is non-refundable. Rs. 1000 per person will be charged over & above airline cancellation charge as Wanderbird Holidays cancellation fee.

Visa Fee & Service charges are non-refundable. Overseas Insurance Policy after issuance is non-refundable

** Important:

No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package

The above policy will change in case of Europe, Australia & New Zealand, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia Genting Highlands, Maldives, Cruise bookings and some other destinations where 100% cancellation shall be applicable after confirmation

No refund will be given if holiday packages/hotel bookings/sightseeing tours are under 100% cancellation at the time of booking

Wanderbird Holidays reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions.

Refunds

In most cases refunds if any, will be processed within 7 to 21 working days. The Company gives the refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, coach operators, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final.

Cancellation Policy
